  2. Is it just me, or is anybody else confused with this? This seems likes it is different from what the DOE released last Friday.

  5. The 82 percent for attendance on the first day of school was only a preliminary figure. 350 schools never reported their attendance. Never reporter or were told not to report it?

    1. From our last post:

How can I submit proof of my COVID-19 vaccination? What documentation is acceptable?

You must submit proof of vaccination using the DOE’s Vaccination Portal. Your information will be kept confidential. Proof of vaccination can be an image of your vaccination card, the New York State Excelsior Pass or other government record.

    1. Hard to understand what you are trying to say by quoting this piece.

  8. Judge Laurence L. Love issued the temporary restraining order in response to a lawsuit brought against the city by a slew of major municipal unions who oppose Mayor Bill de Blasio’s directive.

Show some love for Judge Love and the real unions that care about all their workers !

  9. I don't understand. If the restraining order expires on Sept. 22nd, and the vaccine mandate is Sept. 29th, isn't the restraining order meaningless?

  12. So if a teacher was diagnosed with covid the day before we returned, now has covid pneumonia. They will get 4 full weeks. After that point, trying to confirm that a teacher take the 12 weeks at Partial pay or is it only 8 weeks because of the 4 weeks already taken.

Trying to figure this out as

Does the covid leave time take away from the 12 weeks?

Can they still get 12 weeks to care for a family member with the affects of covid?

    FYI fully vaccinated!

  13. 8:39, 11:09: What schools? The school itself tells a lot about its student population and attendance rate?
