RETIREE LEADER STATES, "THE SHIT DOESN'T STOP COMING OUT OF THE UNITED FEDERATION OF TEACHERS!"

Some people in District 2 forwarded the latest email from the UFT District Representative Jessica Harvey with more UFT nonsense about changing Municipal Code 12-126 to Marianne Pizzitola. She responded, as she usually does in about a New York minute. Here is the video:

In Marianne's latest takedown of a UFT official, she threatens a lawsuit on behalf of UFT retirees if the City tries to eliminate retiree choice of health plans if the City doesn't impose a corresponding elimination of all choices for active people. This violates the Moratorium clause of state law. It is illegal to diminish retiree benefits for school district employees without doing the same for active school district employees. 

I gather that some of Marianne's UFT friends will make sure no Michael Mulgrew mendacious statement will go unchallenged at the Wednesday Town Hall. We will try to be there to throw in our two cents too.
