Vote UNITY. The opposition are babes in the woods. They think our enemies will bow down before us when we snap our fingers. Stick with Mulgrew. Strong leader who knows the ropes.

I like Mulgrew. He's smart. He's able to negotiate the shark infested political waters. Lot of criticism on this blog that is unjustified. He's done a great job through covid.

432 hahahahahhahahahahahahahahhaahahaha

he's a great spokesman for the mayor, not for us. a great fighter for selling city policy to UFT members, while never once speaking with rank and file about their needs and wants, through Covid or at any other time. and then there is his pals in the healthcare industry, including in private hospitals. he gets the job done for them, and makes sure private insurance companies make gains while members and their families reap losses. be gone Unity troll, it's time for change. we want real raises, fair pay for all UFT members, we want democracy in the union, we want all the things Mulgrew fights to make sure we will never get. we are United For Change.

Thanks for the laugh. At least I'll be smiling when I fall asleep tonight!

Why is the Unity guy a troll but not the caucus guy? Maybe he likes Mulgrew. This blog convinces itself that there's a huge groundswell against Mulgrew. Meanwhile he's very popular. He'll win again. By less, but he'll win easily. Figure a standard landslide of 65% rather than the union landslide of 90%.

I do not think Mulgrew is popular. I do think most teachers are apathetic. Most of the teachers in my school have never heard of Mulgrew!

421. Unity doesn't even try. They are lockstep with the City. They constantly bow down to whatever the City needs. They do not fight, they try their hardest to negotiate less and less. Mulgrew is a terrible leader, who knows how to abandon the rank and file, and serve the City.

All the problems we have as a Union and in this profession have happened with Unity caucus in charge. They deliver us garbage year after year. Vote for Change. We deserve a better union.

6 48 have you signed the petition and started to work with your chapter leader to prepare a day of action?

6:02 - that's how you "unite for change". Insulting everyone as a troll when they disagree with your assessment of Mulgrew. Nice job of turning them around. That's exactly why Mulgrew will win again and we'll have people like you to thank.
